An FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page is a dedicated section of your website that answers common questions customers may have about your products, services, policies, or company. It's a valuable tool for providing quick and accessible information, reducing customer inquiries, and improving the overall user experience.

Creating an FAQ page

1. Go to Online Store in Shopify
   
2. Access Pages
   
3. Click Add Page and enter a title
   

1. In Theme template, select FAQs template

1. To configure the FAQ Page, in Theme Customization, access Page → FAQ
   

FAQs

You can add Section - FAQs and customize as follows:

1. Enter the Heading content and select the Heading size
   
2. Enter a Description (optional)
   

• FAQ group title:

1. Enter a title for the question group in FAQ group title.
2. You can choose to enable/disable the display of Group FAQs section
   

You can customize the configuration for FAQ in the Section configuration section by choosing "Enabled" and "Disabled" for the following items:

1. Section lazyload - lazy loading speed (a section will only load on the page when you scroll down to that section).
2. Section max width: Width of section, if you choose “Disabled”, will default to the entire desktop with a size of 1830px. If you choose “Enabled”, you can customize the desired display size in Content max width.
3. To adjust the size between sections on the page, you need to customize the size on the desktop screen in Desktop vertical spacing and Desktop margin bottom.
4. However, because the display sizes on the screens will be different, you need to align the sizes for tablet and mobile screens in Tablet, mobile vertical spacing, and Tablet, mobile margin bottom.

• Add Item FAQ:
• Title: Enter the question title
• Description: Describe the answer
• Active: Check "Enabled" or "Disabled" to display or hide the questions without needing to click on.
