How to Add Company Facts to Your Store

A Company Facts page pulls your business details, numbers, and credibility markers into one clear, scannable page that builds trust with customers and gives AI search engines accurate facts to reference. Tapita GEO Studio & AI Blog lets you build this page from a template or generate it with AI. 

  1. Option 1: Start From Scratch

Step 1: Select From Scratch.



Step 2: Set up and edit your Company Facts page.

Manage Post setting

Fill in the required details by hand, or click Generate with AI to spend credits on content like images and text (excerpt, meta description, and more).



Add Elements to Company facts

your page starts with a ready made template, so you can edit directly, or use the plus button to add elements that fit a Company Facts page.

Social Share 

This feature needs app embed turned on. 

1. Enable it directly from the post editor, which jumps you straight to app embed settings.



2. Click App embed setting on Dashboard 



Edit & Manage Elements 


Depending on the element, edit it from the left hand menu or the toolbar that appears above it when selected. 



A smaller toolbar underneath lets you reorder, duplicate, or delete individual pieces.


Translation blog

If your store supports multiple languages, some content will not translate automatically, or you may want different wording for a specific market. 


Select Translate to another language, pick a language already set up in your store (Settings, Language), and the whole post is translated so you can fine tune it further. Save your changes and the translated version goes live on your storefront.



Step 3: Preview & Publish 

Preview how your post looks on mobile, tablet, and desktop, or click Preview to see it live on your storefront. 



Once you are happy with it, publish from either publish button in the editor. 


  1. Option 2: Create with AI

Step 1: Select Create with AI.



Step 2: Edit your page details 

Title are required before Generate becomes active. 


Add your target customer, business description, and outline, generate an image, and spend credits on Keyword Suggestion and Generate Title if needed. 


Fill in the Type specific settings, Company Facts sheet, as accurately as you can. This is what the AI pulls from, so getting it right up front means you only need to double check the result instead of hunting for where each fact belongs afterward.



Step 3: Edit Company facts 

After you click Generate, you land back on the dashboard where a progress bar shows which post is generating and how far along it is.



Once it is done, a notification lets you know your post is ready to review.


From here, the editor works exactly like a From Scratch post, so you can add, edit, or remove anything, then click Save on the contextual save bar to lock in your changes.


Step 4: Preview & Publish 

Preview and publish, the same as a From Scratch Company Facts page.
