Fixing Automatic Discount Limit in Shopify
If your store has more than 25 active automatic discounts, you will see this notification from G: Volume Discounts & Free Gift. This means you cannot create additional automatic discounts due to the Shopify platform limit.
Why this happens
Shopify allows a maximum of 25 active automatic discounts per store.
This limit applies to all automatic discounts, including those created in Shopify admin and those created by any discount apps.

How to create new discounts when the limit is reached
To add a new automatic discount, you must reduce the number of active automatic discounts to below 25.
Steps
1. Go to Shopify Admin → Discounts tab (left menu).
2. Select the automatic discounts you want to disable or delete by checking the box.
3. Disable (set to inactive) or delete the selected discounts.
Once the total number of active automatic discounts is under 25, you can return to our app and create new discounts.
Note: The maximum number of active automatic discounts at any time is 25, even after creating new ones.
