Exporting product groups allows you to back up your data or migrate it to another platform. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Product Group Management page.
Locate the Export button at the top right corner.
Click Export and wait for the process to complete.
The system will generate a CSV file containing all product groups.
Once ready, the file will be available for download.
Importing product groups can be useful when setting up a new store or updating existing data. Here’s how you can do it:
Go to the Product Group Management page.
Click the Import button located at the top right.
A modal window will appear with import options.
Prepare a CSV File: Use the sample CSV template or export an existing file for reference.
