There are several cases where this can happen.
1. Some elements in Tapita only show their true form on preview/publish
Some elements in Tapita only show dummy data during page building. Only after you’ve previewed/published your page, will they show their true form.
These elements include: YouTube Video, HTML Video, Instagram Feed, Custom HTML, Products Scrolling, Product Grid.
2. Your Shopify theme style is overriding your Tapita page’s style
In some cases, your Shopify theme will have specific styling definitions that may replace your page styling.
For example, in Tapita you’ve set the style of the heading H1 to be 30px, bold, all caps. However, your Shopify theme defines H1 style to be 24px, bold. In this case, if your Shopify theme overrides your page style, your H1 will have the style that your theme defines.
To solve this, open Inspect Element in your browser to see which style is being applied for a specific element. Or you can
contact us and our support team will help you fix the issue.
If you see a blank page, your browser might be the cause of the issue. Try using a different browser to see if it solves the problem.
