Will Tapita meta data templates replace my existing Shopify meta data?
Tapita meta data templates will overwrite your current meta data in Shopify. Please note that it does not change the meta data config in your store, but rather overwrite it so that the Tapita meta data templates will be applied instead of the Shopify one.
So, in case there are multiple meta data configuration in several different places, the order of priority will be as follow:
- Tapita AI/manual meta data (top priority)
- Tapita Bulk meta data template (second priority)
- Shopify meta data (least priority)
However, it is important to note that using multiple SEO apps to generate metadata simultaneously may lead to the issue of multiple meta tags, which could harm your SEO performance.
