How can we solve ALT missing?
Product image 'Alt text' is the text that describes an image, mostly for search engine bots. Here is an example of an image's alt text:

Although this is not visible to end users, you should always provide alt text for your product images to help search engines understand the content of your images.
Let's go through some ways for fixing the error 'Missing ALT text'. In this guide, we will walk you through available options to add Product image ALT text easily.
1. Bulk Optimize product image ALT text
Please take a look the example below.
- The product's images from collection or product listing.
- The product images from the product detail page
To add alt texts for these product images in bulk, you can use our Product Image Alt Optimization by following this guide.
2. Manual edit in Shopify Products menu
For the other images As banner, images at the product's description, you can do it manually.
Step 1: At your Shopify Admin dashboard, go to 'Products' on the left tab menu. Click on the product you want to add image alt text to.
Step 2: Click on the image you want to add the alt text.
Step 3: Type in your image alt text in the 'Alt text' box and done.
3. Add product image ALT text in Content Optimization feature
On the Tapita SEO & Speed app's left tab menu, click 'Content Optimization'. Scroll down to choose which pages you want to customize product image alt text.
Continue scrolling down to the bottom of page, you will see the product image alt texts edit section. Type in your content and done.
