Getting Started with Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder

Tapita GEO Studio & AI Blog (formerly Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder) was developed for Shopify merchants to help them build their blogs using AI in just a few steps.

I. Dashboard 

  1. Onboarding

When you first install Tapita GEO Studio & AI Blog, a short onboarding checklist appears asking for details like your business description, target customers, and any previous blog posts. This helps the AI generate better content suggestions from day one. You can fill it in right away or skip it and come back later. 



Once you finish, you will see a set of suggested blog post ideas along with a posting schedule based on your answers.  



Before you start creating content, remember to enable app embed settings so features like social sharing work correctly on your storefront. 



Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you a snapshot of how your content is performing, all in one place. 




  1. AI Brand Visibility Breakdown (30 Days)

Shows how often AI search engines have picked up and used your content over the last 30 days, broken down by engine. 



  1. Published posts

A running count of how many posts are live on your store. 


  1. GEO score

A quick read on how well your content is optimized for AI powered search (Generative Engine Optimization), so you know where you stand at a glance.


  1. Refresh reminders

AI generated posts get flagged for a refresh after the number of days you choose, so your content stays accurate and competitive.




  1. Recently created posts

A shortcut back to the content you just built, so you can jump in and review it.


  1. Content calendar

Shows which days new blog posts are scheduled to be created, making it easy to plan ahead.

You can also add and schedule new blog posts on specific days right in this calendar.  


  1. Create content 

One click access to start building a new post.


  1. Credit balance 

Shows how many AI credits you have left to spend on generation.


  1.  GEO status analysis

A deeper breakdown of your content's AI search readiness. 

II. Content Studio 


Open Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder and select the Content Studio tab from the left hand menu.
What you can create: Content Studio supports six content types, each built for a different job.

Inside each content type's list view (Blog, Buyer's guide, and so on), you can: 


Search for a specific post by keyword


Bulk edit post (Publish / Unpublish / Edit author / Edit blog / Delete)

Edit single blog post (Review-View / Edit / Duplicate / Add keyword / Delete)


Filter blog posts by Published / Draft / Schedule
