How to Create a Blog Post from Scratch

Tapita GEO & AI Blog Builder gives merchants a comprehensive list of options to create a blog post / page. This guide will walk you through how to create a blog post from scratch and with AI help, so you can create multiple high-ranking blog posts, thorough FAQ page, and so on. 


Content Studio in Tapita GEO & AI Blog 

  1. On the app dashboard, click Start building or click Content Studio at the left tab menu.
 

  1. Click on Create content to open a list of blog post templates, saving you time to draft a blog post.


Types of blog posts and detail guidelines

Click on each template name in this guide document to get the detailed guideline to create one. 
Next, click on 1 type of Blog post, for example Blog / Informational. You will get to choose between Generate with AI or Build from Scratch.
 


This will open the blog post creation interface, where you can draft and preview your post.

Manage Post Settings



Here, you can configure key details such as:

  • Visibility (Visible / Hidden)

  • Featured Image

  • Excerpt

  • SEO Meta Title & Description

  • Post Handle

Add Elements to Your Post


The Add Element section allows you to insert various content elements, such as:

  • Headings

  • Tables

  • Images & Videos

  • Product Grids

  • Buttons

  • Custom HTML

  • And more…

Organize Your Content


The Table of Contents section provides an overview of your post's structure and allows you to toggle its visibility.


Optimize for SEO & GEO

  1. The SEO Tab shows your current SEO score an GEO score. It offers recommendations to improve search engine visibility and AI Visibility.
 
 To fix some SEO and GEO issues, click Show more under a specific error. The app gives you a convenient place to fix those issues. 

Edit & Manage Elements


Click on an element in the preview area to modify it. The corresponding settings will appear in the left panel for customization. Additionally, you can:

  • Rearrange elements by dragging them

  • Duplicate elements for quick reuse

  • Delete elements you no longer need

Step 3: Preview and Publish

Before publishing, preview how your blog post will appear on your site and across different devices.


Once satisfied, save your post and hit Publish to make it live.

Inside each content type's list view (Blog, Buyer's guide, and so on), you can: 


Search for a specific post by keyword


Bulk edit post (Publish / Unpublish / Edit author / Edit blog / Delete)
