How to Schedule Blog Posts in Content Strategy


Tired of watching the clock to post blogs one by one? With ‘Content strategy’, a new feature from Tapita AI SEO Blog, you can schedule weeks of content in just minutes. Once you’ve installed the app, click ‘Content strategy’ on the app’s dashboard tab on the left.



You’ll see two options: ‘Add schedule manually’, and ‘Add schedule using expert suggestions’. Let’s start with ‘Add schedule using expert suggestions’ step-by-step.


1. Add schedule using expert suggestions



Step 1: Getting started to the plan


First, choose your preferred language among four to get our expert suggestions: Arabic, English (US), French, English (UK). After that, click ‘Get expert suggestions’.



A small window will pop-up and give you a brief recommendation based on your store data. Click ‘See details’ to view the detailed plan.


Step 2: Generate Schedule



At this menu, you can see the primary goal has been set by our expert, so you only have to change the number of posts, timeframe, content sources and post settings. Each content source is aligned with one post, so make sure you choose the number of content sources equal to the number of posts.


Once you finish, click ‘Generate Schedule’.



You will see your newly created schedule with outlined posts. Want to make changes to specific outlines? Click ‘Edit Posts’. Then you can add a featured image, change title, keywords, content sources and other post settings. Besides, our AI expert is always ready to help you with Keyword and Title ideas. 



You can also add more posts just by clicking ‘Add Another Post’ or remove any post by hitting the bin icon. 


Step 3: Bulk Schedule and Finalize 


Once you are done, check on posts you want our expert to write and schedule and hit ‘Bulk Generate’ to save your time planning. Your posts will be published at the specified date and time. 



After you hit ‘Bulk Generate’, our app will start scheduling all chosen posts. This process often lasts no longer than 2 minutes, depending on the number of posts to be generated. 



After the generation process is completed, you will see that all your scheduled posts have been written by our expert. If you wish to make changes to specific content, just click on the post you want to edit, and you will be redirected to our Article edit section. 




2. Add schedule manually 

Create schedule with AI

Want to get our expert suggestions but set your own goal? Choose ‘Create schedule with AI”.



Here, you can customize content sources, keep our suggested primary goal or change to 1 of 3 available goals here. Next, click ‘Generate Schedule’.


Similarly to when you ‘Add schedule using expert suggestions’, you can click ‘Bulk Generate’ to save time scheduling your all posts and customize posts in other next steps. 



Add blog posts manually

If you wish to make the entire plan on your own, on the ‘Content strategy’ main menu, choose ‘Add blog posts manually’



After necessary fields are filled (keyword, title), you are ready to ‘Create Schedule’. The next steps are similar to when you choose ‘Add schedule using expert suggestions’ and ‘Create schedule with AI’. Enjoy your posts written and scheduled smoothly with our expert.
